Kale Chips
Ingredients
- Kale (As much as you would like)
- Apple Cider Vinegar
- Sea Salt
- 1/4 of an Avocado
- 1 medium Tomato
- 1/2 of a green pepper
- 1 lime
- 1 garlic clove
Preparation
- Remove the Kale from the spine to wash it.
- Wash the Kale.
- Dry up the Kale to remove all moisture (I used a towel).
- Place it on a baking sheet and add 2 tbs of apple cider Vinegar, and Sea Salt to season to taste.
- Cut up the avocado, garlic, tomato, half of a lime and add a pinch of sea salt and mix it to make the Guacamole.
Then you can store your chips in a ziplock bag and eat away!
